(M/F/X) – Head of Utilities Expertise Center | Brussels

We are recruiting a passionate and experienced Energy and Utilities Manager to lead our technical expertise center based in Brussels.
This strategic role combines team leadership, technical expertise, and the management of innovative energy projects in the fields of cogeneration, water treatment, HVAC systems, and energy performance. Your main responsibilities:
Manage and lead a team of specialized engineers

Provide technical support across multiple operational sites (maintenance & production)

Supervise energy performance projects (EPC)

Implement and manage energy monitoring systems

Draft service proposals and monitor projects funded by European subsidies

Maintain strong client relationships and ensure compliance with contractual commitments

Propose and develop new technical services

Manage the budget and ensure financial monitoring of the department

Your profile:
Engineering degree and 5 to 10 years of experience in a management role

Natural leadership and hands-on approach

Perfectly fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus)

Stress-resistant, with a good grasp of financial issues
